Taco Brothers Slot Review
Tuesday, 24 July, 2018
We love going on our travels when it comes to online slots and this time our mechanical mascot, Malcolm and Lucky, are grabbing their passports and are heading to Mexico. Set in 1881, Taco Brothers Slot is absolutely bonkers and there is plenty going on in the sleepy village of Santa Maria. Luckily for you, we sent Malcolm and Lucky back in time to see if they could get their heads around it in our Taco Brothers review.
The village of Santa Maria, somewhere in Mexico, 1881
L: Bloomin’ heck Malcolm! It’s a bit quiet around here, mate. Given we can time travel and all, we could have gone somewhere a little jazzier.
M: Yes well it was important we came, as I wanted to see whether Captain Diaz was really as bad as he sounded.
L: Who on earth is this Captain Diaz fella?
M: Captain Diaz is the reason we are here, Lucky. And rumour has it that he is the ‘baddie’ in this slot game.
L: Ah I see. Whatevs. Can we get something to eat around here? I’m starving.
M: Not a chance Lucky, Diaz has outlawed tacos. Can you see why everyone hates him now?
L: Too right, mate, so what are we going to do about it?
M: We aren’t going to do anything Lucky. We are simply going to let history run its course and allow the Taco Brothers to lead the revolution. The three brothers are the stars of Taco Brothers slot, you see, and they are the only ones who can chase out Diaz and bring tacos back to Santa Maria.
L: Go on, lads! I like the sound of this.
M: I’m sure you do, my canine companion. With bonus features aplenty, the Taco Brothers game allows for plenty of opportunities to try and steal the villagers’ cash back from Diaz. But you had better watch out, else the brothers will all get locked up.
L: What do you mean they will get locked up? Like, at the cop shop?
M: Well, when the bonus feature is triggered by landing three safe symbols in the reels, the brothers turn into wilds and run across the reels. However, if you see Diaz appear after a spin, he will lock the brother up and he can only be freed once a delightful senorita descends to release him.
L: Sounds absolutely bonkers, Malc. I like bonkers, btw.
M: It certainly is a little loco, Lucky. That’s not all however, as there are exploding safes which can trigger multipliers whilst the wild symbol can trigger respins to see if you can get your hands on some tacos as well as a couple of pesos.
L: Ok, then what strategy are the brothers going to use to get the dosh?
M: Funny you should ask Lucky. There are certain ‘strategies’ within Taco Brothers slot that affect your bet level after certain outcomes and they certainly add another layer of interest to this Santa Maria classic.
L: Love it! But I’ve seen enough now, can we go home and grab something to eat yet? I’m absolutely famished.
