Will my phone work?

Most phones will be able to download and run Kerching Mobile games. Check your make and model number by clicking the Supported Handsets link. If you have a new handset and it is not shown as a supported model please keep checking as we add to the list all the time.

Why does my handset need to connect to the network to play?

When you log into a Kerching mobile game the game will connect via your mobile network to the Kerching Mobile servers to verify your handset, PIN and password. To play the game and log in you must select ‘YES’.

My phone asks me to select an ‘Access Point’ when logging in, what do I do?

When you log in to play a Kerching Mobile game the handset will need to connect to our servers. It does this via your mobile provider network and it may give you a selection of options on how to do this. We suggest that you use your internet or WAP access point. If you are on a contract it may be displayed as ‘Contract Internet’, for Pay as you go users it may be displayed as ‘PAYT Internet’.

My phone displays a ‘Connecting to Server, Please Wait’ message but nothing is happening, whats wrong?

You may have lost the connection to the server due to there being no network signal available in your current location. Check your mobile signal and try again.

How do I change my stake half way through a game?

You can change your stake at anytime during a game. Simply select Menu with your right-hand button and a pop-up menu will appear. You can now change your stake for the next spin.

Can I enter more than one tournament at a time?

Yes. You can enter more than one tournament at any one time. Please make sure you finish a tournament before the close time though.

Why can I not play Kerching Mobile games when I’m abroad on holiday?

Kerching Mobile games are operated in the UK under a UK gambling permit. Therefore if you try to log into the game in a country that doesn’t permit gaming you will be locked out until you return to the UK.

How do I submit my score at the end of a tournament game?

When you play your last spin in a tournament game you will be shown your final score and that score will be automatically uploaded to the leader-board using your registered Nickname. You can view live leader-boards both via your handset within a selected tournament or online on the Tournaments page.
