KERCHING POKER is now launching a new Cash Back Program – Diamond VIP Club. From now on our loyal players will receive a generous monthly Bonus, calculated from the rake and the number of VIP-points earned.

The Diamond VIP Club program will be paid out the first day of every month. The Cash Back is based on the number of VIP Points you have earned. When you have earned 1000 VIP points or more you will receive a Cash Back that is calculated from the rake. The more you play, the more you will get in return. For each level you pass, you will get a higher percentage Cash Back. See table.

To join the Diamond VIP Club, you need to have completed your sign up bonus. We will then add your account as a Diamond VIP.

If you have signed up for the VIP Cash Back Program, information about your monthly VIP Cash Back will be visible in the Account information Popup in the Lobby.

The VIP Cash Back Program is a subject to change at any time. KERCHING POKER have the right to change or cancel this program at any time.

If other bonuses have been paid out during the same month, the total payout (Cash Back + Bonuses) will not exceed 60% of the rake. ie. A standard bonus and the VIP Cash Back bonus can not run concurrently.

Diamond VIP Club - FAQ

Q: What do I need to do to receive the Diamond VIP Club bonus?

A: You need do nothing, all of our players automatically become a Diamond VIP member once they have completed the Sign Up Bonus.

Q: When is the Diamond VIP Club bonus paid out?

A: The bonus will be paid out the 1st day after a month has been completed and the period that counts is the previous month (CET).

Q: Can I get bonuses at the same time that I get Diamond VIP Club bonus?

A: Diamond VIP Club bonus will only be paid out so that a player reaches a pay-back of maximum 60% of the total rake generated during the month. If the bonuses alone amounts to a higher percentage it is stilled paid but no Diamond VIP Club will be paid out.

Q: The Diamond VIP Club bonus is paying back a percentage of the rake – does that include tournament fees also?

A: No, you will only get a percentage of the rake generated in cash games back.

Q: How many VIP-points do I need to earn in order to get any cash from you?

A: You need to have earned at least VIP500 during one month in order to be eligible for any Diamond VIP Club bonus.

Q: How many VIP-points have I earned so far?

A: You can check your earned VIP-points in the poker client under "Account Information".

Q: I already earned a lot of VIP-points. Can I exchange these for cash in the VIP Cash Back bonus program?

A: No, you cannot. It is the amount of VIP-points you earned during the last month that decides how much Diamond VIP Club bonus you are going to get. It doesn't matter what your VIP-point balance is.

Q: When I get my VIP Cash Back bonus, are any VIP-points withdrawn from my account?

A: No, they are not.

Q: I spent some or all of my VIP-points. Do I get a bonus anyway?

A: Yes, you can spend all the VIP-point you want during the month. It will not affect the payout.

Q: I got a VIP-point compensation from your support. Do I get VIP Cash Back bonus for these as well?

A: No, you don't. These VIP-points are not considered earned and will not be basis for any Diamond VIP Club bonus.

Q: Can a friend transfer his VIP-points to me so that I will have more VIP-points to get bonus from?

A: No, it is not allowed to transfer VIP-points.

Disclaimer

Any users engaging in gaming activities (including any aid of software) deemed by the management to be aimed at abusing the Diamond VIP Club bonus will have their account frozen and funds seized. No bonus will be paid out in this case.

The maximum Diamond VIP Club bonus a player can receive is equivalent of 60% of any rake charged during the period he earned VIP-points for which Diamond VIP Club bonus is paid.
