Michael Jackson's image used without permission on US site
An online casino faces a lawsuit from the estate of deceased pop singer Michael Jackson after using images without permission.
The homepage of the website features the King of Pop's likeness followed by an introductory paragraph from "the King of Pop" welcoming users. It reads:
"The King of Pop is proud to bring you the most exciting Vegas-style online casino betting experience on the net."
A similar lawsuit is also being readied by the man who claims to own the copyright to the original photographs. Howard Mann has filed the lawsuit and said he wants to "flush out the name of the person" who owns the website.
