Why does my handset need to connect to the network to play?

When you log into a Kerching mobile game the game will connect via your mobile network to the Kerching Mobile servers to verify your handset, PIN and password. To play the game and log in you must select 'YES’.

How do I get your games?

If you have a Smart phone you can simply go to http://i.kerching.mobi on your mobile and you will have a full selection of our games. If you have an older phone you can text Slots to 88821* and you will have the selection of games from there.

How do I change my stake half way through?

On a Smart phone the stake is able to be changed at the bottom of the game while in play. On an older phone you can change your stake at anytime during a game. Simply select Menu with your right-hand button and a pop-up menu will appear. You can now change your stake for the next spin.

Can I enter more than one tournament at a time?

Yes. You can enter more than one tournament at any one time. Please make sure you finish a tournament before the close time though. However you can’t enter tournaments if you are using a Smart phone.

How do I submit my score at the end of a tournament game?

When you play your last spin in a tournament game you will be shown your final score and that score will be automatically uploaded to the leader-board using your registered Nickname. You can view live leader-boards both via your handset within a selected tournament or online on the Tournaments page. However you can’t enter tournaments if you are using a Smart phone.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Why can I not play Kerching Mobile games when I'm abroad on holiday?

Kerching Mobile games are operated in the UK under a UK gambling permit. Therefore if you try to log into the game in a country that doesn't permit gaming you will be locked out until you return to the UK.

What does 'network error' mean?

If you see the above message, it can mean one of two things:

  • Bad mobile network reception currently in your area:
  • You're missing the correct internet settings to play our games.

Both problems should be brought up with your mobile network provider - who can assist you.

My phone asks me to select an 'Access Point' when logging in, what do I do?

When you log in to play a Kerching Mobile game the handset will need to connect to our servers. It does this via your mobile provider network and it may give you a selection of options on how to do this. We suggest that you use your internet or WAP access point. If you are on a contract it may be displayed as 'Contract Internet', for Pay as you go users it may be displayed as 'PAYT Internet'.

What does 'Unsupported Handset' mean?

If you see the above message, it means your current handset will not play Kerching Mobile Casino games.

How do I know when my handset is supported?

We will contact you via SMS when your handset is supported.

The game keeps freezing.

If you have this problem, it normally means there are problems with your mobile network reception - because of this, your handset is having problems connecting to our server, and the game crashes. Please be patient - if the problem continues then please contact your network operator.

How do I add or change my card details?

Any new card additions or updates can only be done by Customer Services. They can contacted by:

I haven't got a credit or debit card.

All downloadable slot games (not Table Games) include a Tournament Mode. These tournaments can be charged to your phone bill, so you can still enter them. We have a wide range of prizes available for the top scorers costing either £1 or £1.50 an entry. Unfortunately these tournaments are not available for Smart phones.

PIN Management

How do I change my PIN?

To change your PIN, you need to confirm your identity with Customer Services. Text Help to 88821*.

I have forgot my PIN.

If you have forgot your PIN, you will need to speak to Customer Services to get it reset. Text Help to 88821*.

Withdrawing

How long does it take for withdrawals to go back on my card?

3-5 working days, including Bank Holidays. You may be required to provide identification before withdrawing funds from your account.

Depositing

How do I change my daily deposit limit?

You can make changes to your limit within the game menu, or if you're using a Smart phone, within the lobby in the browser. Please note: your daily deposit limit can take up to 24hrs to update.
