- 4. Bernard Arnault - The only Frenchman on our list, Arnault is the owner of luxury products company LMVH, which houses Christian Dior, Moet and Louis Vuitton. Arnault's net worth is thought to be around $41 billion.
- 5. Larry Ellison - Ellison is the chief executive and co-founder of Oracle Corporation, named after a database he devised for the CIA. His fourth marriage, to romance novelist Melanie Craft, was attended by another very rich man: Apple CEO Steve Jobs was the official wedding photographer!
